Health Information

Each of the five buildings in the North Pocono School District have a health office staffed by certified school nurses and/or their assistants.  In addition to caring for the health of our students, they also ensure compliance with state health regulations for schools.  You can click on the buttons in the red bar above to learn more about the health services offered in the North Pocono School District, to access the school-age physical form (required for registration), and to view the vaccine requirements for students in Pennsylvania.

As part of the registration process, of members of our health office staff will contact you to explain and assist you with meeting the medical requirements for registration.
